In 2006, The Playboy Club at the Palms Casino Resort reopened, and this year new entertainment-oriented clubs will open in Miami and Cancun. Rather than create stand-alone venues as it had in the past, the new Playboy Club model will piggyback on existing hotel, casino and entertainment resorts.
To promote the reemergence of the clubs, Playboy is hosting “The World’s Sexiest Party” on June 10, 2010, at 50 locations around the world. From Las Vegas to Johannesburg, Hong Kong to corporate HQ in Chicago, Playboy is promising the party of all parties. A countdown clock is ticking now at a dedicated site. Tickets and additional information will be available there as the big day approaches.
